It is such a unique design that drawers are not presented in the usual way and location where we are used to seeing them in other hotels. There are drawers in our rooms they are located inside the closets in the room. However, the functionality of all equipment is good. In our fitness room, we are in thee process of adding the feature of having Cable Channels in our equipment. We had a hard time fixing the problem, which we finally did and are now running at a 100%. We did have a major problem with our machines that fed the AC on the 10th Floor. I will comment as a follow up on your reviews as well as to inform your Trip Advisor readers. El Paso has to be one of the cities with most history and Historic landmarks in the Downtown area. We must respectfully disagree with you about having nothing to do in Downtown El Paso. Not to mention the friendliest staff of any hotel in El Paso. We are proud of the beauty of our rooms, the breathtaking views all over our Fifth Floor with the Rooftop Pool area and our gorgeous Circa 1963 Bar.
